Nepali National Corpus (NNC) consists of three types of corpora:
- Written corpus
- Spoken Corpus
- Parallel Corpus
- Speech Corpus
The NNC will be a very good database of Nepali language for every kind of linguistic research such as corpus-based dictionary, corpus-based grammar, TTS, STT, STS systems, machine translation and works on language teaching. These corpora can serve as useful resources for teaching the course in corpus linguistics at Tribhuvan University and elsewhere.
